What does UNICO manufacture?
UNICO makes metal furniture components — office chair bases, frames, recline mechanisms, table and workstation legs, sofa bases, seat plates and more: 192+ parts across 23 product families for office, cafe, auditorium and institutional furniture.
Does UNICO make workstation and school & institutional furniture frames?
Yes. Alongside chair components, UNICO now manufactures complete steel workstation table frames for modular office and benching systems, and school & institutional bench and desk frames (single and dual-seat, plus auditorium and institutional seating frames). It also supplies cafeteria and cafe table frames and bases. All are made to your drawing, finished in chrome or powder-coat, and supplied to furniture manufacturers, institutions and exporters in bulk.
Can components be customized to our own design?
Yes. We manufacture to your drawing, sample or tolerance, with in-house R&D and tooling — from a single prototype to full production runs.
What finishes are available?
Nickel-chrome plating, conveyorized powder coating in any RAL shade, premium gold and rose-gold, wood-grain powder coating, and custom finishes matched to your sample — all done in-house.
Does UNICO export, and supply OEM manufacturers?
Yes. We supply furniture manufacturers and OEMs to international quality standards and welcome export and private-label partnerships.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the component and finish. Send your requirement on WhatsApp and we'll confirm MOQ, lead time and pricing the same day.
Where is UNICO's factory located?
Our plant is in the DSIIDC Industrial Area, Bawana, Delhi-110039, India — with in-house nickel-chrome plating, powder coating, MIG/TIG welding, CNC fiber laser & pipe laser cutting, shot blasting and EDM wire-cut.
